Abstract: Song in Song of Songs 4: 1-3, describes the beauty of the woman who is seen behind her veil. The problem is that the veil used by the woman is so "transparent" that it is clearly visible on the beautiful parts of her body. The analysis of this text is done by emphasizing the literary language of the Hebrew poetry. This song is a beauty depiction of a woman who uses the natural environment of the countryside, flora and fauna by highlighting the color aspect. Color game makes the beauty of women and love as colorful. While the term veil is used in this song to draw attention to the mystery behind the beauty of the woman, so it can be concluded that beautiful is a mystery.
